Remove all packaging before lighting the candle; place candle on an even surface on a candle plate or a holder at least ½” larger than the diameter of the candle.
When lighting the candle for the first time, burn for 1 hour per inch of candle diameter or until the candle is ½” from the edge. Candles have memories and will burn to that point when re-lit.
After initial burn, for best results, each time you light your candle be sure it burns long enough for the wax pool to reach the edge.
Ensure that the wick is centered, no more than ¼” long and pointed straight up to ensure an even burn on all sides up lighting. If you burn the candle for an extensive period of time and a mushroom forms or the flame is too large, extinguish and trim.
If the candle obtains a leak, extinguish, let it harden, and then relight.
Keep candles away from children, pets and flammable material.
