Our source of palm comes from Indonesia, where it is picked from trees, not harvested, making it an exceptional sustainable resource. The Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), an organization founded by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), comprised of producers, buyers, retailers and financial institutions, developed and helps to implement best practices for cultivating palm oil used by Cayman Scents here in Cayman.
The RSPO is dedicated to ensuring that some of the most bio-diverse ecosystems in the world do not lose their rain forests to plantations, through production guidelines that are environmentally friendly and socially responsible.
