Prices quoted for shipping are estimates and may be slightly higher or lower and will be adjusted accordingly. You will be notified before shipping if the cost has increased.
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days, sometimes 3 if it's a holiday, or if we are having a promotion.
We ship via Air Parcel or Express
Air Parcel usually takes 6 – 10 working days, and Express 4-6
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships
We are not responsible for additional duties or fees charged by the destination.
Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to make changes to your order or if you would like to cancel your order, contact us within 2 hours of purchase. We cannot cancel your order if it has shipped.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Once a package leaves our possession we are not responsible for how the package is treated including melting of product. Shipping cost is non-refundable if a package is sent back to us for any reason.
